Admissions for the School of Prayer
The Winter / Spring classes will start on February 18th, 2012 .It is a requirement to submit a registration form for every course . Below you will find the form; please leave blank all the boxes that are marked "office use only" . If you have any questions please contact us via the contact form (see the options bar at the top of this page).
